Welcome to PlayX Go (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website (https://playxgo.com), requesting a quote, or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

• Quotes: All price quotes provided by PlayX Go are estimates based on the information provided and are valid for 14 days unless otherwise noted.

• Deposits: To secure a date and time for your event, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. No event is confirmed until the deposit is received.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the event, as specified in your invoice.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Client Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event may forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to the full booking fee.

• Weather Policy: For outdoor events (Nerf Wars, Gel Blaster, etc.), we reserve the right to pause or reschedule services in the event of severe weather (lightning, heavy rain, high winds) for the safety of our staff and guests. We will work with you to reschedule for the next available date.

3. Rental Equipment & Property Damage

• Responsibility: The Client assumes full responsibility for all rented equipment (concessions, tables, blasters, barriers) during the rental period.

• Damage & Loss: The Client agrees to pay for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear, or for any lost/stolen items. Replacement costs will be billed directly to the Client.

• Site Condition: The Client is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and accessible area for setup. PlayX Go is not responsible for damage to grass, sprinkler systems, or flooring caused by normal setup and foot traffic.

4. Safety & Conduct (Mobile Attractions)

• Rules of Play: For all active entertainment (Nerf, Gel Blaster, Water Tag), all participants must adhere to the safety rules provided by our staff/referees.

• Right to Stop: PlayX Go staff reserves the right to stop any activity or remove any participant who is acting aggressively, unsafely, or refusing to follow instructions. No refunds will be given in these instances.

• Age Requirements: Certain activities may have minimum age requirements for safety. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure guests meet these requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

By booking PlayX Go, the Client acknowledges that physical activities (including but not limited to running, tag, and blaster games) carry inherent risks of injury.

• Waiver: The Client and all participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with our services. PlayX Go, its owners, and employees shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the event.

• Supervision: For children’s parties, the hosting Client is responsible for general supervision of guests while not directly engaged in the game.

6. Media Release

Unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing prior to the event, PlayX Go reserves the right to take photos or videos of the event setup and activities for marketing and social media purposes. We will never tag or identify guests by name without permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tarrant/Dallas County.
